
11/2 cup sprouts or mix sprouts
1/2cup chopped onion
1tomato chopped
1/2 inch ginger
10garlic cloves
1tbsp grated coconut
1tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
4tbsp oil
Pinch of asafoetida
1/3tsp mustard seeds
1/4tsp cumin seeds
1tsp red chili powder
1/3tsp turmeric powder
1tbsp goda masala (made by mixture of fry onion and garlic, roasted sesame seeds and dry coconut powder, roasted whole spices)
1/2tsp garam masala
For serve misal pav
Chopped onion
Coriander leaves
Slice of lemon
Mix farsan

Procedure
Misal pav is one of the Maharashtrian dish.
First of all take a pan and heat up the oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. When it crackle add asafoetida, onion and ginger garlic paste and coconut, stir it. When onion become golden brown add garam masala then add tomato. When tomato become softer then add goda masala and red chili powder. After 2 minute add water. I add approximately 11/2 glass .Add salt to taste and lemon juice. Now cook it for 10 minute then switch off the gas.
Now take a bowl place some misal add some farsan, onion, coriander leaves. Enjoy it with pav.
