Aloo Tikki Burger

Ingredients:

  • 4 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 11/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Paste of 7-8 garlic cloves
  • Paste of 3 green chili
  • 11/2 tsp coriander cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp bread crumbs

Procedure for aloo tikki

Take one pot and mix all ingredients together which I mention above then put this aloo mixture   in one plastic bag and put this bag in freezer for 2 hours. Take medium size portions from aloo mixture and flatten into round tikki. Tikki size depend on your bun size.
For coating we require bread crumbs and mixture of 5 tbsp Cornflour+ water
We have to dip this tikki in cornflour mixture then coat by bread crumbs. Fry all tikki till it become golden brown.

For Assembling


  • 1 Onion slice
  • 1 Tomato slice
  • 1 cup three color capsicum which I cook just for 2 minute in butter and add salt and pinch of oregano
  • Lettuce Iceberg
  • Cheese slice
  • Slice the burger bun from the center and lightly roast them by butter 
  • Orange mayonnaise-4 tbsp mayonnaise I add1/4 tsp oregano, 1 tbsp red chili sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup
  • ketchup

Now take down side slide & spread ketchup then I place lettuce Iceberg, aloo tikki then I spread mayonnaise then put onion tomato capsicum slice now place cheese slice and cover with upper side bun. Its taste is really awesome.
