Yummy Daal Fry

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 1/2 capsicum
  • 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup Paneer 
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 mace blades
  • 4 cinnamon
  • 4 cloves
  • 4 cardamom
  • 4 black pepper
  • 4 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
  • Cumin seeds
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Curry leaves
  • 2 green chilies chopped 
  • 4-5almond
  • 4-5cashew
Garnish
  • Coriander leaves
Procedure


Soak rice for 30 minutes after that remove water from it.
Take non-stick pan add 4 tbsp. clarified butter, when ghee is melted add cumin seeds, bay leaf, curry leaves, and whole spices.
When the spices begin to sizzle add ginger paste and green chilies stir it, also add almond, cashew and paneer stir it.flame must be lower medium. When paneer become golden then add carrot, peas, potato, cauliflower and salt. Cover by lid, after 2- 3 minute nice aroma will come add rice, saute it after 5 minute you have to add water approximate 2 medium size glass of water .Cover by lid. After 20- 25 minutes it will prepare garnish with coriander leaves.
